I was there with my family from 1st January to 4th January 2024.
Positives:
1 Sameer the person (Property owner) who helped me to find the location in easy way. He is managing things remotely and is very active in his work
2 Property is situated at beautiful place. 3 Main attraction is the Nayar River which gives awesome vibes.
4 Place is very beautiful
5 staffs were very polite and friendly.
6 Food was good too. My kids liked this place and food.
7 place was peaceful and huge, playing area like badminton court was also there.
Coming to the negative part:
1 Entry of this resort is by walking of 1 km. Entry area is a village area which was dirty by cows dung, garbage etc..
2. No car parking place at resort . Car was parked 1 km away from the resort near the village/bridge.
3. No Almirah/Wall hanger in the room to keep clothes. Mirror was also not available. It is a basic amenity...
4. staffs were not sufficient to manage total room's occupancy. In fact when I was there less than half occupancy was there. Service got delayed sometimes due to shortage of staffs
5. Garbage was lying in the garden area.may be due to new years eve, high occupancy of guests.but it does not mean you can have the garbage unattended very next day on 1st January.
6.There should be Telephone/intercom and reception facilty for any service request. I found difficulty to communicate with resort staff for any service. Though I got phone No of staff
